Expansion of office space on existing mezzanine for our trade partner, Probst Electric, in Caldwell, ID. Project added an elevator with (2) sets of stairs for egress, and over 5,000 usable office and conference space.

Remodel of 1800 square foot building and expansion of existing and occupied senior care facility. 

Two-phase remodel of two sets of 650 square foot restrooms at Copperview Community Center. Remodel done while the facility was open to the general public.

Quick turn-around tenant improvement for a shaved ice shop in Millcreek, UT. The project included design, permitting and all associated coordination.
